Being guided by the Holy Spirit who lives in us is a fundamental practice to climb and stay suspended in the Tree of Life. When you call upon the Holy Spirit for guidance, he is always there to assist. To become aware of his presence, the next time your mind is “racing” close your eyes. Ask the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus Christ to “Clear Your Mind and Thoughts”. Wait a few seconds, open your eyes and try to remember all that you were thinking about before that simple prayer :) .
